Planning Teams

Logistics Team:  Responsible for transportation and accommodations

Finance Team: Manages fundraising and financial logistics, including collecting payments and tracking expenses.

​Documentation & Health Forms: Compiles all paperwork, forms, and permits required for the trip.  Ensures all participants have the necessary medical, Food & Allergy forms.

Training Team: Tracks Sea Base-specific training needs and skills

​​Equipment Team: Ensures all necessary equipment, including camping gear, snorkeling gear, and safety equipment, is acquired by all Crew members

​Design Team: Designs and coordinates the design of trip "Swag" T-shirts, rashguards, etc.
