Troop 7071 Eclipse Day Trip Plan
A Quick Summary of The Day:
Remember, Troop 7071 is inviting scouts and scouters to share the space at Camp Otter Run for the Eclipse. You are free to set up your plans and activities. 7071 does have a few things planned, and you are welcome to join in; please don't feel obligated to.
Important Update:
Since 7071 made the site reservation. SKC has announced an official Eclipse event at Camp Otter Run. They are charging $20 per carload - Troop 7071G, and anyone with us is exempt from this cost. If traveling separately, you'll have to tell them you are with Troop 7071G of Athens and have the OA Amphitheater.
Scout Led: Led by our JrASM Kayleigh Ferraro (Life Scout), the scouts of Troop 7071G have drafted the plan below for our Eclipse Day Trip.
Traveling To and From
You are free to plan your travel or caravan with 7071G. Camp Otter Run has asked we limit the total number of cars, so please carpool. Also, you aren't bound by our time agenda; your group can come and go as you feel works best for your scouts and families. Troop 7071G wanted to share the space with other Athens County Scouts and Scout families.
